We used to offer limousine services but we don’t anymore.

Whom should the check for services be made out to and to which address should it be mailed?

What are your service hours and what number can you be reached at after hours and on weekends and holidays?
We are proud to be one of the very few companies that provide 24 hour live customer service, 365 days a year and we can always be reached at 847-222-6133 or 224-377-6243.

Which airports do you service?
We can pick-up and drop-off at any major or regional airport when prior arrangements are made with us.

Group Charters

What is your reservation policy?
Our reservation policy is that we must receive a signed fax of your specific Charter Contract and The General Terms of Contract within 72 hours before we can place a hold on your price quote, reservation date and desired equipment. Your reservation will not be considered confirmed until we receive a signed hard copy of the contract in the mail. We appreciate your expediting both contract procedures because our charters are available on a first come, first served basis. Please be aware that we cannot hold dates and equipment for an indefinite period of time. Fast compliance with our request for signed contracts will ensure that your equipment and driver will be ready on your desired date.

What is your drinking policy?
A fee, commensurate with the size of the vehicle will be charged automatically if liquor and/or catering are used during the trip. Any clean-up activities resulting from passenger behavior, intoxication or illness will be charged up to an additional $500.00 special clean-up fee. Beer kegs, glass containers or red grape beverages are not allowed. Chicago Classic Coach adheres to the State of Illinois policy that alcoholic beverages may not be consumed by anyone under the age of 21.

What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed in any of our coaches. Your driver will stop for smoke breaks during the trip, if you request and they are safe to accommodate.

What is your payment policy?
Chicago Classic Coach, LLC (or, “the Company”) accepts payment via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover), Cashier’s check or Money Order. Corporate or personal checks are only accepted up to 30 days prior to date of charter. Our payment policy is: A deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated trip cost is due with an executed confirmation at time of booking. The remaining 50% balance will be due according to the specific terms of your contract. Special promotional discounts may be available for pre-payment of the full cost of the charter.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum cancellation notice of 14 to 30 days prior to departure date. Cancellations occurring after 14 to 30 days, per your contract, will be subject to the loss of 100% of the total payment, plus 100% of any additional trip related expenses that may have been incurred. In the event that a 100% loss occurs, in the interest of goodwill, the Company will apply 50% of the total cancelled charter fee to any subsequent charter if the new charter occurs within 365 days of the original cancelled charter date. All cancellations prior to final cancellation date will be subject to a handling fee of 15% of the total cost of the charter. No show on departure date will be charged 100% of the total cost of the charter. Chicago Classic Coach, LLC, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CHARTER AGREEMENT IF THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT/PAYMENT TERMS ARE NOT MET BY THE DUE DATE.

Are there any items that you do not permit on your coaches?
We do not permit the following on our luxury coaches:
* Smoking * Beer Kegs * Nail Polish * Chewing Gum * Sitting on arm rests * Red/Grape beverages * Glass Containers

What if we decide to change our itinerary?
All changes in your itinerary must be submitted in writing to our office at least 7 days prior to departure. Your driver will be instructed to strictly follow that itinerary and will not have any authority to change the routing once your trip starts. If you wish to change that itinerary, all proposed changes must be approved by our company. Any additional services shall be charged per the Company’s governing rate card.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal credit cards.

We are going out of State and wish to drive straight through to save some time without making an overnight stop. Can you do that?
We adhere to all rules promulgated by the State of Illinois, ICC or DOT. Further details regarding these regulations are available upon request. Your driver has the authority to terminate the trip if deemed appropriate to comply with the rules as promulgated.
